Every verified hole-in-one is paid the full advertised prize. Here's exactly what to do — and what we do next.

1.Tell the club the same day

Report the ace to the partner club team before you leave the course, so the tee and green footage is preserved against your entry.

2.Submit your claim within 5 days

Use the form below (or your player dashboard if you already have an account). Add photos, video and your witness details.

3.We verify

We review the camera footage against your entry timestamp, confirm first ball, tee, pin position and equipment, and check identity, amateur status and handicap.

4.We may ask for more

If anything is missing we'll message you — you'll see the request in your dashboard and by email.

5.Verified and paid

Review is normally completed within 48 hours and always within 30 business days of a complete claim. Verified prizes are paid by bank transfer within the published payout deadline.
