Flagstick Events Ltd (company number 17292845, registered office The Goods Shed, Jubilee Way, Faversham, Kent, ME13 8GD) is the data controller for personal data processed through Chase the Ace. We process data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Camera and audio recording

By entering a Competition you will be video and audio recorded at the designated competition hole during published operating hours, and for up to one hour before and after them. Recording is used to verify claims, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Routine footage is deleted after 14 days; footage connected to a claim is retained for five years. 3. Why we process it

Performance of our contract with you (processing entries, verifying claims, paying prizes); legal obligation (anti-money-laundering, tax and record keeping); and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement, competition integrity). Verification and dispute-resolution recording relies on legitimate interests; marketing and promotional use of footage relies on consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

Routine footage is deleted after 14 days. Footage connected to a claim, and identity and payment records, are retained for five years to meet AML and audit obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data with partner clubs (to confirm play), our payment provider, identity and sanctions screening providers, insurers, and law enforcement or the National Crime Agency where required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Contact claims@chasetheacegolf.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
